Brief description of the project:
The “Development of a Cluster Innovative Health Solutions” includes organizational and administrative strengthening activities, which suggests providing the necessary prerequisites and conditions for enhancing the research and innovation potential of the cluster as a whole, respectively to create high quality and market-responsive products and services. Within the framework of the project, an innovative competitive health-related “I-Health Community” product will be developed through the creation of active cooperation between cluster members and access to resources, know-how and others, using the capabilities of modern electronic technologies. The main objective of the product will be to provide a specialized service enabling each user of health services to create and manage their own personal health information, as well as to exercise control and monitoring on the actions of third parties.
The project includes, in addition to the activities related to enhancement of the administrative capacity and research potential of the cluster and development of an innovative competitive product, construction of prerequisites for promoting cooperation and internationalization, which is essential for the provision of competitive advantages to the cluster in the global market. Of key importance for the implementation of the objectives of the project proposal are also the participation of representatives of the cluster’s administrative body and of cluster members in world-famous international forums and fairs in the field of the project idea, which presuppose the creation of collaborations and internationalization and respectively enhancing the competitiveness and business development of Cluster Innovative Health Solutions and its members.
